These terms apply when you use InYourBody, made by KWE, Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, M2 3WQ. By using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Please give accurate information and use the app lawfully. InYourBody is for people aged 13 and over. People aged 13 to 17 may only use it as part of a household set up by a parent or guardian, who gives consent for them. Children under 13 are not supported.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is £6.99 a month or £59.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or in your account at the checkout provider. Prices include VAT where it applies. You can also get Premium in every KWE app with the FamilyOS bundle.

Your content

You own what you add to InYourBody. You allow us to store and process it to run the app for you, and to show it to the people you choose to share it with.

Health and fitness

InYourBody gives general wellbeing and fitness information. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have a health condition, injury, allergy or are pregnant. Stop if anything hurts. Recovery scores, forecasts and calorie or protein figures are estimates.

AI features

Plans and insights are created with AI and can be wrong. Use your own judgement.

Our responsibility

We take care to run the app well but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law, or liability that cannot be limited.
